Interlancy Education · school operations · 2026
A school-operations company's site, rebuilt in days after the old WordPress site was lost.
Interlancy runs HR and payroll, admissions, examinations, events and digital presence for schools from nursery to class 12. Its WordPress site was lost, and with it the public record of what the company does. It needed a replacement in days, with one job: get a school to make contact.

What I built
- Seven service pages driven from one catalogue, which also feeds the home page grid, the contact form's options and the sitemap, so a service is added in one place.
- A team and departments page, and a case study page for the work Interlancy does with schools.
- A contact pipeline that validates on the client and the server, blocks bots with a honeypot and timing checks instead of a CAPTCHA, and files every enquiry in Firestore with a reference number the sender can quote.
- A new visual identity, built as tokens, a type scale and editorial primitives in code, with CSS-only illustrations and no third-party scripts.
How it runs
The same architecture as the Udaya site: Next.js 16 on Cloud Run behind Firebase Hosting, Firestore through Application Default Credentials, and Lighthouse gates on every change. Contact details are deliberately empty in config until the company publishes them, and every component renders nothing for an empty value.

Result
Live on Cloud Run behind Firebase Hosting, with the same Lighthouse gates on every change.
