Using this site
You may read anything here and use the newsletter form to hear about new articles. Please do not use the form to send automated or abusive traffic, and do not try to interfere with how the site runs.
Content and accuracy
I try to keep what I write accurate and current, but it is general information, not advice for your situation, and it does not form part of any contract. Case studies describe work I actually did; results on one project are not a promise for another.
Engagements
Getting in touch is an enquiry, not an order. If we work together, Emergent Insights provides the service under a written agreement that sets out scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality and how data is handled. Those terms take precedence over anything on this site.
Intellectual property
The writing, design and images on this site belong to Abhay Singh unless stated otherwise. Client names and logos belong to those clients and appear with their permission. Code snippets in articles are free to reuse. Please do not republish whole articles without asking first.
Links to other sites
I link to other sites where they back a fact or help you. I am not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Abhay Singh is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute about this site is subject to the courts in India.
