What I do, and what you get.
Most projects start with a website and grow from there. The first three below are the bundle I usually propose together; the last two are the things clients ask for once the site is live. Every engagement comes with a written scope and documentation at handover, and you own the code, the accounts and the data.
- A written scopeWhat is in, what is out, price and timeline.
- Documentation at handoverSo whoever comes next can run it.
- You own it allThe code, the accounts and the data.
The usual bundle · three that go together
01 · Websites
Websites & web apps
I build on Next.js and Google Cloud. Sites load fast on a phone, pass Google's own audits, and come with the parts you need after launch: forms that land somewhere useful, a sign-in-protected portal for staff, payments, and documents whose links don't break. Old URLs redirect.
Good fit when
Your site is slow, on WordPress with plugins nobody maintains, or can't do the one thing your business needs it to.
Proof
- Udaya Public School
- Interlancy Education
- This site
What you get
6 items- A website or web app on Next.js, hosted on Cloud Run behind Firebase Hosting
- Forms and data in Firestore, locked to the server
- A Google sign-in admin portal where the business needs one
- Zoho Payments and Zoho Books for fees, invoices and receipts
- Lighthouse budgets in CI (performance ≥ 0.90, SEO 1.00) so it stays fast after I leave
- Deploys from GitHub with no stored keys
02 · Analytics
Analytics & measurement
Numbers you can act on, not dashboards nobody opens. I set up tracking properly, bring ad, web and sales data into one place, and build the report your team will actually look at on a Monday.
Good fit when
You spend on ads or run a store and can't say with confidence what's working.
What you get
5 items- GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console set up and documented
- Conversion tracking that matches what you actually sell
- A Looker Studio dashboard for the questions you ask every week
- A BigQuery warehouse with ETL from Google Ads, Meta, Shopify or your ERP, when the volume justifies it
- Competitor price and assortment tracking for e-commerce
03 · Ads
Google & Meta ads
I planned media at Lodestar UM and led performance accounts at Interactive Avenues for brands like Honda, BMW, Oberoi Hotels and Titan. I set up and run Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns with measurement built in from day one, so the monthly conversation is about leads and sales, not impressions.
Good fit when
You're already spending and want the tracking and the landing page fixed by the same person who runs the ads.
What you get
4 items- Account and conversion-tracking setup
- Campaign structure, creative briefs and landing-page fixes
- A monthly report in plain language: what changed and why
- Budgets stay in your own ad accounts, in your name

04 · AINew
AI agents & automation
Most teams have tried ChatGPT and stopped at "write me an email". I build the plumbing that makes AI useful for a small business: MCP servers that let your team update the website, draft blog posts, check enquiries or pull reports from inside Claude or ChatGPT, with a review step before anything is published. Then I train your team on it. I've trained a few hundred colleagues in analytics, automation and AI over the years, always on their own work rather than on examples.
Good fit when
You want the site and the content to keep moving without hiring for it.
Proof
The Udaya Public School blog: posts drafted by AI through a hosted MCP server with OAuth 2.1, a review queue and automated checks before anyone can publish.
What you get
4 items- An MCP server for your site, with sign-in and permissions
- An AI content workflow where AI drafts and a person approves
- Claude or ChatGPT connected to your email, calendar, documents and Zoho
- A short playbook and a hands-on session for the team
05 · Zoho
Business systems on Zoho
Small organisations run on a handful of systems that nobody owns. I set up Zoho Books, Payroll, People, Recruit and Payments, connect them to the website and to each other, and keep them running. I do this today for a school and a school-operations company.
Good fit when
Finance and HR live in spreadsheets and WhatsApp.
What you get
5 items- Chart of accounts, invoicing and receipts in Zoho Books
- Payroll and HR records in Zoho People and Zoho Payroll
- Hiring on Zoho Recruit
- Online payments reconciled automatically
- Documentation and training for whoever runs it day to day
Working together
How working together goes.
Every account stays in your name, and you own everything I build.
Step 1: A call
Thirty minutes on video or WhatsApp. You describe the problem; I say honestly whether I'm the right person.
30 minutes
Step 2: A written proposal
Scope, what's out of scope, price and timeline. No surprises later.
Fixed price or retainer
Step 3: The work
Short cycles. You see progress every week and can change direction early, when it's cheap.
Weekly demos
Step 4: Handover
Documentation, every account in your name, and either a clean goodbye or an ongoing retainer. You own the code, the accounts and the data.
You own it all
Before you write
Questions I get asked.
- Where are you based?
- Goa. I work remotely with clients across India and travel to Mumbai and Delhi for kick-offs when it helps.
- How do you charge?
- Fixed price per project, or a monthly retainer for ongoing work. I quote after the first call, once I understand the scope.
- Who does the work?
- I do. On larger builds I'm comfortable joining your existing team's repository and workflow, or bringing in people I've worked with before, and I tell you in advance either way.
- Do you use AI in your own work?
- Daily. I build with Claude Code, connect it to my email, calendar and accounts through MCP, and run content workflows where AI drafts and I approve. It's why I can set it up for you: I'm not describing a demo.
- Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
- No. My fee is separate, and the budget stays in your own ad accounts.
- What do I need to have ready?
- Access to your current website, analytics and ad accounts, and an hour of the owner's time. I send a short checklist after the call.
Not sure which of these you need?
Most people aren't. Describe the problem and I'll tell you what I'd do first.
